Production and order timing
Production begins after payment and order details are confirmed. Estimated timing is provided within the school store or order confirmation.
School pickup and delivery
Pickup instructions are provided for each participating school. Shipping or direct delivery is available only when shown as an option during checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Unworn and unwashed standard items may be eligible for review under the school store’s policy. Customized or personalized merchandise is generally final sale unless it is defective or incorrect.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect items
Submit an order-support request with the order number and a clear description. Photos may be requested so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
Sizing
Review the product size information before ordering. Fit can vary by garment style, brand, and material.
